I ordered a custom size, but it didn’t fit mine the way I expected 😕 It was a bit off, so unfortunately it didn’t really work for me

The covers were fine, but not worth what I paid. I expected better quality for the price, and the shipping didn’t help either. Just a heads up to anyone considering these — they’re okay, but the overall value felt disappointing to me.

At first the cover seemed fine, but after just a couple of rains, water was still getting through. For something meant for outdoor use, that was disappointing. It also kind of felt like they made it my problem to deal with, which just made the whole thing more annoying.

The cover itself seems fine, but getting it on wasn’t exactly the quick little project I had in mind. The instructions could’ve been clearer, and I ended up backtracking a couple times just to get everything lined up right. It eventually worked out, but let’s just say I was ready to be done with it by the end. Probably easier if you’ve installed one before

I tried browsing Protective Covers, but it was kind of frustrating. The pages were loading slowly for me, and I had a hard time figuring out where to find the details about the covers. It felt like the site just left me to figure everything out on my own, which made the whole experience annoying. The checkout seemed simple once I got there, but getting to that point was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The layout and info could definitely be clearer.

I used it for not very long and then it broke, so that was disappointing. I was hoping it would hold up better, but it kind of just didn’t.

I placed my order and then just kind of never got any updates. I tried reaching out, but I don’t think anyone ever got back to me, which was frustrating

I waited for days just to hear back, and when they finally replied, the messages were rude and didn’t fix anything. it was sooo frustrating and felt like a total waste of time

I ordered a PCI cover and the packaging was kinda weak. It was just rattling around loose in a thin mailer with basically no padding, so by the time it got to me the corners were bent and the surface had scratches on it.

Maybe the part itself is normally fine, but mine looked used right out of the package. Not super impressed tbh, and I wouldnt order it again.

I’m really not happy with the workmanship. The quality just wasn’t what I expected, and I feel like others should be warned before spending their money here

I still remember how annoyed I felt trying to deal with the return and warranty claim. I expected at least some help, but it felt like I was just being brushed off the whole time. the whole experience left a bad taste, and I wouldn’t want to go through that again...

The cover arrived fine and seems usable, but the colors and design looked different from the preview. It’s not terrible, but I definitely had that “maybe I shouldn’t have bought this” feeling once I opened it.

But then the tracking basically just sat there, and I kept checking it like that was somehow going to make it move faster. Funny how you start out needing one thing and then suddenly you’re refreshing a shipping page during lunch for no reason.
I know delays happen, so I tried not to get too worked up about it, but it was still frustrating having no real updates. By the time the package finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore, which made the whole thing feel like a waste. I don’t think I’d order from them again.
